When did you come to Banff? October 1988-May 1991 & Sept 2002 - Present
Why did you come to Banff? To experience a ski season and then travel to Europe. Didn’t happen quite like that but I did get married on the banks of the Bow River on a freezing day in January, lived in Australia for a few years and now I’m back.
What is your favourite restaurant in Banff? Elk & Oarsman (summer roof top patio), The Balkan (Belly dancing & plate smashing nights)
Where do you go for a cup of coffee or hot chocolate in Banff? Second Cup (Cascade Plaza) or Tim Horton’s
What is your favourite store to shop in Banff? Monods-clothing/shoes, Pandora-jewelry, Lululemon-Fitness
What activity do you enjoy doing in the winter time? Skiing, Skating, sleigh riding, shoveling (am I weird?)
What activity do you enjoy doing in the summer time? Biking, hiking, walking the dogs
What is your favourite drive to go on in Banff National Park? Banff to Jasper on a sunny day with the top down
Where is your favourite picnic spot in Banff National Park? Bow Lake on the way to Jasper & Two Jack Lake
