The Bison Restaurant and Lounge

My current favourite restaurant in Banff is The Bison Restaurant and Lounge. There is a lounge when you first walk in the door, along with a deli that makes the most delicious sandwiches. I LOVE their 3 year old cheddar cheese...it is delish! Upstairs is the main restaurant and the food is amazing. My favourite dish is the Grilled Beef Tenderloin and whipped potatoes. There are also two patios to enjoy the sunshine and gorgeous views. My favourite drink at the Bison would have to be the Sangria's and they are available in the lounge area.
